We work with Evri (formerly Hermes) to ensure you receive your products as promptly as possible and are kept up to date every step of the way. Delivery costs will depend on the weight of your parcel, a final price will be offered at checkout. Delivery is free for all orders with a value of £100 and over.

We aim to have your product dispatched within 48 working hours and our couriers aim to deliver in 2-3 days, if you're looking for next day delivery, email us at info@casitahomeware.com with NEXT DAY DELIVERY in the subject line and we'll see what we can do.

Please note that, sadly, there are no delivery couriers who insure the postage of ceramics, glass and other fragile products. We package our parcels as securely as possible, however should a breakage happen, please do email us on info@casitahomeware.com with images and details of the damage. We will offer an exchange for the same product where possible, or a full refund for the damaged product, where the product is no longer available. 

If an order is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge postage to arrange for the parcel to be redelivered. 

We work with Planet by Shopify to ensure all of our deliveries are carbon neutral. 

We offer free local delivery to customers with a postcode starting with M25. This will be offered as an option at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a convenient drop off time. Drop offs will be attempted, at pre-arranged times, no more than three times, after which we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
